●「上棟式」とは…

上棟式は無事建物が完成することを願い、上棟できたことを工事関係者と一緒にお祝いする場で、棟上げのタイミングで行う式典です。

上棟式の後には直会（なおらい）という宴会を行うことも多く、工事関係者と施主がコミュニケーションを図るいい機会になります。

主催者は施主になるのですが、進行やダンドリなどは現場監督や大工の棟梁（大工を統率する責任者）が主導で進めてくれます。
